Many grains can be substituted for wheat. It is important to discover
if your child is intolerant to wheat and/or gluten. Many wheat substitutes
are related to wheat and contain gluten. Look at the information regarding
the rotation diet to understand how to rotate grains
to avoid or decrease reactions.
