The Complete Food Allergy Cookbook

A very informative book.  She discusses food allergies, food allergy symptoms, the rotation diet, food diaries, substitutions.  The recipes are easy to follow and very delicious.  We have one child with known food allergies and when I use the recipes from this book the whole family enjoys a tasty meal.  I love the combination of flours as it allows me the choice to use gluten free or non-gluten free flours when I substitute for wheat. I highly recommend it for families that have members with food allergies.
