Modified Candida Regimen for
Children Up To Age 12
EAT A VARIETY OF FOODS (Avoid daily repetition)
Many individual with yeast connected health problems are allergic
to several foods. The more frequently you eat a particular food, the greater your
chances are of developing an allergy to that food. Rotating your diet helps avoid
becoming addicted (allergic) to various foods, and helps to identify foods that could be
causing problems. A strict rotation diet means that you should eat a food no more
frequently than every fourth day. We are not requiring that you follow a strict
rotation, but we are stressing that you do eat a variety.
