Circle foods you eat three or more times per week and food you suspect are a problem for you.  Cross out any foods you already know cause problems if you know the symptoms those foods provoke.

Suggested beverages: Glass bottled spring water or mineral water, well water, juice of allowed fruits and vegetables, broth from allowed meats.

Oils:  Olive, safflower, canola (if you do not use 3 or more times a week and you know they are not offenders to you).
