Suggested seasonings: Sea salt, broths from allowed meats and vegetables, lime/lemon juice if not circled above.
Suggested beverages: Glass bottled spring water or mineral water, well water, juice of allowed fruits and vegetables, broth from allowed meats.
Oils: Olive, safflower, canola (if you do not use 3 or more times a week and you know they are not offenders to you).
