FRIENDLY SUBSTITUES
You can provide food free of unnecessary synthetic chemicals by making some small changes. This list is provided by Pear Tree Press and the Feingold Association. Please remember your child's allergies when choosing substitutes, some children cannot tolerate dairy, others wheat, sugar, etc. Consider the food additives and dyes as well as other allergic foods.
